Childhood Cancer Support wins two FIA Awards!

Last week, our General Manager, Helen and Community Fundraising Specialist, Pat, attended the Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) Awards Dinner, as part of the national conference. We were incredibly proud to take home not one, but two national awards.
The Childhood Cancer Support ‘Feels Like Home’ Grants Program took out “Impact on a Shoestring” for raising $549,000 with a $2,000 budget and tied for first place with Royal Life Saving Society WA for “Most Outstanding Fundraising Project”.
As a small charity, we are so proud of our ability to contribute to the lives of families facing childhood cancer, and to be recognised for these achievements by our fundraising peers from around the country was an honour.
Thank you to everyone who has donated, volunteered or contributed to helping regional families find a home away from home. ❤️
